Cain and Abel Story in The Bible

Cain and Abel Story in The Bible

Cain and Abel story is found in first book of the Bible, Genesis 4.

Cain and Abel Story

Once upon a time, in the early days of the world, there were two brothers named Cain and Abel. Cain was the older brother and Abel was the younger. They were both the children of Adam and Eve, the first people on earth.

Cain and Abel grew up together and they both became farmers. Cain worked hard in the fields and grew crops, while Abel took care of the animals and raised sheep. They both loved their work and were happy doing what they did.

One day, Cain and Abel decided to offer a gift to God. Cain brought some of the fruits and vegetables that he had grown, while Abel brought some of the best and healthiest sheep from his flock. They both offered their gifts to God, hoping that he would be pleased.

God was pleased with Abel's gift, but he was not pleased with Cain's gift. This made Cain very angry and jealous. He felt like God had shown favoritism to his brother and he was angry that his gift had not been accepted.

In his anger, Cain lured Abel out into a field and attacked him, killing him. When God asked Cain where Abel was, Cain lied and said that he didn't know. But God knew what had happened and punished Cain by banishing him from the land and making him a wanderer.

Cain was very sorry for what he had done, but it was too late. He had already committed a terrible crime and there was nothing he could do to make it right. He had to live with the guilt and shame of what he had done for the rest of his life.

Cain and Abel story teaches us about the consequences of jealousy and anger. It shows us that we should not let our negative emotions get the best of us and that we should always strive to do what is right, even when it is difficult.
